Analysis of the main factors of sickness in selected manufacturing organization

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce je zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky, která zní: „Jaké okolnosti a faktory ovlivňují míru nemocnosti ve vybrané výrobní organizaci XYZ?‘‘. Východisko pro výzkum v diplomové práci tvoří teoretická část, která je zaměřena na zkoumání a analyzování možných faktorů relativně zvýšené nemocnosti a nastalé situace. Dále je zde také uveden zákonný rámec a stav nemocnosti v České republice. Pro sběr dat byla zvolena kvalitativní strategie výzkumu. Za účelem větší validity výzkumu byla zvolena kombinace dvou různých výzkumných technik – polostrukturovaného rozhovoru podle scénáře a analýzy dokumentů. V empirické části diplomové práci jsou analyzovány a následně interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. Na základě nových zjištění je v závěru empirické části zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka navrhnuto řešení pro samotnou organizaci.

Abstract:

The main aim of this work is to answer the main research question, which is: "Which circumstances and factors are influencing the rate of sickness in the selected manufacturing organization XYZ?''. The resource for the research is made by the theoretical part, that is focused on analysing of possible factors of sickness and existing solutions. Then, there is also referred to legal measures and the state of sickness in the Czech Republic. To collect date, was chosen by the qualitative research strategy. In order to enhance the validity of the research was selected a combination of two different research techniques – semi – structured interview based on a screenplay and the document analysis. In the empirical part of the thesis are analysed and interpreted empirical results of the research. Based on the new findings, in the conclusion of this thesis the main research question is answered and there is suggested solutions for the organization itself.
