Abstract:

Práce se zabývá charakteristikou struktury produkce jatečných prasat. V první části je představen význam chovu prasat a aktuální početní stav v České republice. Hlavní část popisuje kvalitu selat, jaká selata jsou potřeba, aby jatečné prase dosáhlo předpokládaných užitkových vlastností. Dále techniku a technologii chovu odstávčat a jatečných prasat ve výkrmu, kde je důležité zajistit vhodné podmínky, které nebudou prasata poškozovat a ve kterých budou prosperovat. Na produkci jatečných prasat navazuje přesun na jatka a následné zpeněžování prasat. V poslední části je charakterizován konkrétní podnik a výkrmna jatečných prasat.

Abstract:

The work deals with the characteristics of the structure of slaughter pigs production. In the first the importance of pig breeding and the current number in the Czech Republic is presented in this part. Main part describes the quality of piglets, what piglets are needed for the slaughter pig to achieve the expected performance. Furthermore, the technique and technology of breeding weaners and slaughter pigs for fattening, where it is important to ensure suitable conditions that will not harm the pigs and in which they will prosper. The production of pigs for slaughter is followed by transport to the slaughterhouse and the subsequent monetization of pigs. The last part is characterizes the firm which is fattening pigs and fattening farm.
