Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku filozofie Kaizen a podnikové kultury ve vybraném podniku. This bachelor thesis deals with the Kaizen philosophy and corporate culture in a selected company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are analysed individual concepts of Kaizen, corporate culture and their mutual dependence.
