Abstract:

V první části této bakalářské práce je obecné seznámení s pojmem technické měření a obecně je řečeno, k čemu slouží. Jsou zde uvedeny metody měření ocelových konstrukcí a měřené veličiny. Tato část dále obsahuje obecný popis mostní konstrukce, kde probíhalo získání dat pro praktickou část práce. Druhá část práce obsahuje seznámení s moderními nedestruktivními diagnostickými metodami pro mostní konstrukce. Ke každé metodě je zde uveden princip jejího fungování. Třetí část je určena pro popis měření pomocí ultrazvukového tloušťkoměru TT 300 od firmy TIME Group Inc., kterým probíhalo získávání vstupních údajů, jeho popis, specifikace a princip měřící metody. Ve čtvrté části se zabývám vlastním cílem bakalářské práce, který spočíval ve stanovení úbytku koroze na mostní konstrukci Loučná II na traťovém úseku Moravany - Borohrádek v km 30,784. Měření bylo provedeno celkově na 50 kontrolních bodech. V dané části je specifikovaný použitý přístroj, jeho nastavení a měřené veličiny. Je zde také uveden skutečný stav mostní konstrukce v době měření. Hlavní těžiště práce je rozvinuto v kapitole 4.7 Naměřené údaje. Tato kapitola popisuje vlastní experimentální měření. Déle je ve čtvrté části zpracováno vyhodnocení naměřených dat a zatřídění k jednotlivým průřezům na konstrukci. V páté části jsou popsána kritická místa mostní konstrukce.

Abstract:

In the first part of this thesis is described general introduction of the concept and the using of technical measurements. There are introduced the methods for the measurement of steel constructions. There is general description of Taka bridge construction where the practical measurement was realized. The second part includes an identification of recent non-destructive diagnostic methods for the bridge construction. There is any method to set its operating principle. The third section is intended for the description of the measurement through the use of the audigauge TT 300 by Company TIME Group Inc., in order to get the input data, description of the instrument, the specifications and the principle of measuring method. In the fourth part I put mind to describe my purpose of the thesis. The most important purport of the thesis is the determination of the corrosion decrease of the bridge construction Loucna II, line section Moravany ? Borohrádek in km 30,784. The Measurements were made in total 50 control points. In this part of the thesis is specified the used apparatus, setting of them and the obtained measurand. The main focus of the work is developed in the chapter 4.7 The measured data. This chapter describes the actual experimental measurement. There is processed evaluation of the measured data and the consequently classifications of separate construction cut. The fifth part describes the critical places of the bridge construction.
