Analysis of long-term assets in selected companies

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má za cíl popsat v teoretické části dlouhodobý majetek z účetního a daňového pohledu. V této části je konkrétně uvedena charakteristika a vymezení dlouhodobého majetku, jeho pořízení a ocenění k datu pořízení a k rozvahovému dni, odpisování včetně nositele odpisů. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat podíl dlouhodobého hmotného, nehmotného a finančního majetku na celkovém dlouhodobém majetku společností a vyhodnotit, zda se podíly majetku odlišují v návaznosti na oblast podnikání jednotlivých společností.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the long-term assets from the accounting and tax perspective in the theoretical part. In this theoretical part are also specified the characteristics and definitions of long – term assets, their acquisition and valuation at the date of acquisition and at the balance sheet date, depreciation, including depreciation holders. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the share of long-term tangible, intangible and financial assets in the all long-term assets of companies and to evaluate whether the shares of assets differ in relation to the business of individual companies.
