Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Komparace tradičního a moderního vůdcovství. Možnosti žádoucí transformace vůdcovství do jeho moderní – niterné podoby" je ověření dvou hypotéz: 1.Niterné vůdcovství má potenciál zlepšit český management i společnost. 2.Jednou z možností transformace je výchova k vůdcovství skautingem. Práce definuje moderní vůdcovství a poukazuje na jeho význam.
Abstract:
The goal of this diploma thesis "Comparison of Traditional and Modern Leadership.
