Bakalářská práce pojednává o poznámce, která je vedle vkladu a záznamu jednou z forem zápisu údajů do katastru nemovitostí.Cílem práce je provedení právního rozboru pozmámky.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the note that is(beside the deposit and the record) one forn of data registration into the Cadastre of Real Estate.
