Use of the ICF in assessing the quality of life in patients with arthrosis of the knee - joint

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je využití mezinárodní klasifikace ICF u pacientů s artrózou kolenního kloubu. Je zkoumán jeden soubor záměrně vybraných pacientů před implantací totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu a 3 měsíce po implantaci v nemocnici krajského typu. Teoretická část popisuje příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu artrózy. Část práce se též věnuje kvalitě života. Konec teoretické části je věnován Mezinárodní klasifikaci funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví (ICF), její podstatě a praktickému využití. V praktické části je charakterizován zkoumaný soubor pacientů pomocí základní popisné statistiky, dále jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky použitých dotazníku ? ICF Core Setu pro diagnózu osteoartrózy a SF - 36 O kvalitě života podmíněné zdraví. Diskuze se zaměřuje na stanovené cíle, výzkumné otázky a hypotézy. V závěru jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější výsledky výzkumu s doporučením pro klinickou praxi.

Abstract:

The subject of this work is the use of international classification in patients with arthrosis of the knee ? joint. It is studied one set of deliberately selected patients before implantation of total knee arthroplasty and 3 months after implantation in the regional hospital type. The theoretical part describes the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of arthrosis. Part of this work is also dedicated to quality of life. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to the International classification of functional abilities, disability and health, its nature and practical use. In the practical part is characterized group of patients examined using basic descriptive statistics, as well as evaluate the results of the questionnaires ? ICF Core Set for diagnosis of osteoarthritis and SF ? 36 quality of life contingent health. Discussion focuses on the objectives, research questions and hypotheses. The conclusion summarizes the most important results of the research with recommendations for clinical practise.
