The position of the institute of extreme emergency in the system of circumstances avoiding illegilaty in the Czechoslovak law
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá institutem krajní nouze. Popisuje za splnění jakých podmínek lze chování považovat za jednání v krajní nouzi. Dále komparuje krajní nouzi s nutnou obranou a oprávněným použitím zbraně a nalezneme zde i komparaci české úpravy krajní nouze s německou.
Abstract:
Project deals with position of distress and it desrcibes conditions of distress. There are also comparisons. Project compares distress with private defence and authorized use of a weapon and it also compares Czech regulation of distress with German regulation.
