Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout efektivní řízení nákladů a kalkulací ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části práce je provedena literární rešerše zaměřena na problematiku nákladů a kalkulací. The aim of this thesis is create the proposal of effective cost management and cost calculation in the selected company. The teoretical part summarizes a literary review dealing with the issue of costs and calculation.
