Comparison of methods of depreciation of fixed assets and their impact on profit

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním způsobů odpisování dlouhodobého majetku a jejich vlivu na výsledek hospodaření. Práce porovnává současné odpisy firmy a alternativní, u kterých je dále zkoumán vliv na výsledek hospodaření. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy, které jsou použity v aplikační části. V začátku aplikační části je představena společnost, u které jsou dále počítány odpisy a vyhodnocen vliv na výsledek hospodaření. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny návrhy, které by podniku přispěly k optimalizaci odpisů a výsledku hospodaření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis compares different ways of writing-off in long-term property and the influence of such ways on the result of management. The work compares current writing-off of a company and alternative writing-off where the influence on the result of management is examined in greater detail. The theoretical part explains basic terms which are used in the application part. The company, which is examined in this work, is introduced in the beginning of the application part. The same issues were investigated, such as write-off and its influence on the result of management. The final part contains suggestions for optimal write-off and for a better result in company management.
