The concept of happiness through the ages

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem štěstí od počátku filosofie, tj. od doby antické až po koncepty zmíněné v moderní době 20. století. Práce se zaměřuje na různá pojetí štěstí jako je životní spokojenost a blaženost, ergo se v této práci uvádí, jak mít štěstí a jak být šťastný. Tyto koncepty se zde rozebírají pomocí myšlenek daných myslitelů a myslitelek a jejich následná analýza a aplikace nám vyústí v návod a instrukce, jak dosáhnout štěstěny a blaženosti v životě.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the concept of happiness from the beginning of philosophy, i.e. from the time of antiquity to the concepts mentioned in the modern era of the 20th century. The thesis focuses on different concepts and views of happiness as life satisfaction and bliss, ergo in this work it is stated how to obtain happiness and how to be happy. These concepts are discussed here with the help of the ideas given by philosophers and their subsequent analysis and application will result in guidance and instructions on how to achieve happiness and bliss in life.
