Criminalistic and technical documentation of the crime

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kriminalisticko-technická dokumentace společně s ohledáním místa činu. Je rozdělena na dvě části - teorii a praktickou část. První část práce pojednává o samotném místě činu, metodách a taktikách zajišťování místa činu a o nezbytných zásadách pro dodržování přesných postupů a úkonů, které se na něm provádí. Dále je v teoretické části podrobněji popsána kriminalistická dokumentace, do které je zahrnuta obrazová dokumentace, kde jsou uvedeny a popsány jednotlivé druhy pořizování fotografií podle různých náležitostí a topografická dokumentace, to znamená náčrtek, plánek a schéma. V závěru teoretické části je popsána videodokumentace, její typy a postupy zpracování, dále audiodokumentace a ještě další moderní způsoby dokumentace. Praktická část se věnuje zdokumentování fiktivního místa činu a trestného činu. K němu je vypracovaná kompletní kriminalisticko-technická dokumentace s fotodokumentací, videozáznamem a náčrtkem z místa činu. Na fiktivním ohledávaném místě činu byla dokumentována oběť trestného činu znázorněná figurantem společně s připravenými důkazy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis with the topic of criminalistic-technical documentation with the crime scene investigation. The thesis is devided into two seperate parts – theory and practical part. The first part of my thesis deals with the crime scene, crime scene investigation, the methods and tactics of securing the crime scene and the necessary principles for observing the exact procedures and actions that are carried out there. The next topic in the theoretical part is the criminalistic documentation is described with more detail, which includes pictorial documentation, where the species and types of photography are listed and desribed and the topographic documentation – that means sketch, plan and schema. At the end of the theoretical part, video documentation, its types and processing procedure, the next part is audio documentation and other modern methods of documentation in this part are described. The practical part is dedicated to documentating a fictive crime scene by myself. Comlete forensic and technical documentation with photo documentation, video documentation and sketch of the crime scene has been prepared for it. At the fictive crime scene, the victim of the woman was documented together with the prepared evidence.
