Model of Memorandum of Association for Limited Liability Company with the Comment
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo sestavit vzor společenské smlouvy společnosti s ručením omezeným. Jednotlivé části smlouvy obsahují komentáře k navrhovanému znění, včetně dalších možných alternativ. Celá práce je psaná s ohledem na kogentní normy společně s dispozitivními normami a možnými požadavky zakladatelů.
Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to create model of the Memorandum of Association for Limited Liability Company. Single parts of the Memorandum contains comments on the proposed text including possible alternative. All text is create with respect of mandatory rules together with directory rules and the possible founder´s claims.
