Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit účinnost aktivovaného koncentrátu protrombinového komplexu (aPCC) a rekombinantního faktoru VII (rFVIIa) v léčbě akutního krvácení u hemofiliků s inhibitorem. Zhodnoceno bylo 175 epizod léčených rFVIIa a 63 léčených aPCC. Při léčbě rFVIIa docházelo oproti aPCC dříve k zástavě krvácení, ale s vyšším počtem jeho recidiv. The Aim of the work was to evaluate efficacy and consumption of the activated prothrombin complex concentrate (aPCC) or the recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) in treatment of bleeding episodes in haemophiliacs with factor VIII inhibitor In our experience treatment with rFVIIa stopped the bleeding earlier than aPCC however with higher number of re-bleedings.
