Lexical specialities of French spoken in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Abstract:

In the thesis "Lexical specialities of French spoken in the Democratic republic of the Congo" we deal with the lexical specialities of the French language spoken in the Democratic republic of the Congo. The main aim of this thesis is to concentrate on the lexial specialities of French, which arise especially under the influence of the national or local languages. At first, the thesis informs us about basic geographical and demografical information. Then the history of this state from the time of colonization to the present day situation is described. A part of this thesis is also dedicated to the languange situation of this state, especially in the field of bussiness, in the legal system, in media and also in schools. However, we put emphasis on the phonetic, syntactic and lexical specialities of French in the first place. Our intention was to create a glossary of those speciliaties which were examining in the articles on the Congolese web pages.

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci ?Lexikální zvláštnosti mluvené francouzštiny v Demokratické republice Kongo? se zabýváme lexikálními zvláštnostmi mluvené francouzštiny v Demokratické republice Kongo. Hlavním záměrem práce je zaměřit se na lexikální zvláštnosti francouzštiny, které vznikají především vlivem národních a místních jazyků. Práce nás nejdříve seznamuje se základními geografickými a demografickými informacemi, následně nastiňuje historický vývoj této země od dob před kolonizací státu až po současnost. V práci se věnujeme jazykové situaci v této zemi, a to především v administrativě, v justici, v médiích, ale také ve školství. Důraz však klademe na fonetické, syntaktické, ale především lexikální zvláštnosti francouzštiny. Naším cílem práce bylo vytvořit glosář lexikálních zvláštností, které jsme zkoumali v článcích na konžských internetových stránkách.
