Tématem bakalářské práce jsou neurodegenerativní onemocnění se zaměřením na Parkinsonovu chorobu. V první části je popsána patofyziologie neurodegenerativních onemocnění, jejich klasifikace a následný stručný popis vybraných nemocí. The topic of the bachelor thesis are neurodegenerative diseases with a focus on Parkinson's disease. The first part describes the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative diseases, their classification and subsequent brief description of selected diseases.
