Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává optimalizaci pracovních sil ve společnosti. V teoretické části jsou rozpracovány jednotlivé náhledy na řešení problematiky a metodika postupu pro aplikační část. V aplikační části je rozpracovávána problematika zachování funkčnosti podniku a možnosti pro snížení nákladů. This thesis is focused on optimization of manpower in a company. In the theoretical part there are different points of views of dealing with the issue and methodological procedure for the applied part.
