PR and crisis communication in emergency accident in DPP
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je řešení problematiky Krizové komunikace Dopravního podniku hlavního města Prahy. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku související s informováním cestujících během mimořádných událostí v provozu. Součástí bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stavu aktuální informačního systému pro cestující a navržení možného efektivnějšího řešení.
Abstract:
The main theme of the Bachelor thesis is how to apply the Crisis communication problems Dopravního podniku hlavního města Prahy. The Bachelor thesis focuses on issues related to information to passengers during emergency situations. The part of thesis is to evaluate the current status of information system and suggestion of possible more efficient resolving.
