Abstract:
Práce se zabývá daňovou podporou výzkumu a vývoje realizovaného soukromým sektorem. V úvodu je charakterizován výzkum a vývoj jako nedílná součást moderních ekonomik. Ve druhé části práce je zdůvodněna nutnost státní podpory, dále jsou představeny používané daňové nástroje pro podporu podnikového výzkumu a vývoje spolu se způsoby měření efektivity těchto nástrojů. The importance of research and development in contemporary economies is explained at the beginning of the thesis.
