Formation of the company strategy using stakeholder approach

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis Forming of the company strategy using stakeholder approach is to create the strategy of a particular company using a stakeholder approach. The theoretical part of the final thesis defines important aspects of strategic management, strategy development process, traditional strategic analysis tools as well as stakeholder approach and stakeholder analysis. The introduction of practical part include the presentation of the company XYZ s.r.o. After introducing the company is presented its current strategy, after that the traditional strategic analysis is performed, stakeholder analysis and its evaluation. The final part of the thesis consists of three scenarios of the enviroment along which are proposed three strategic variants and the evaluation which is the best.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce na tému Tvorba stratégie s využitím stakeholderskího prístupu je spracovanie stratégie konkrétneho podniku s využitím stakeholderského prístupu. V teoretickej časti záverečnej práce sú vymedzené dôležité aspekty strategického riadenia, postup tvorby stratégie, tradičné nástroje strategickej analýzy, a tiež stakeholderský prístup a analýza zainteresovaných strán. V úvode praktickej časti práce je predstavený podnik XYZ s.r.o. Po predstavení je uvedená jeho súčasná stratégia, prevedená strategická analýza pomocou tradičných nástrojov, stakeholderská analýza a jej zhodnotenie. V záverečnej časti práce sú vypracované tri scenáre budúceho vývoja okolia podniku, vedľa ktorých sú navrhnuté tri strategické varianty a zhodnotenie, ktorá je najlepšia.
