Analysis of accessibility for disabled people in the Lipno region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá analýzou bezbariérovosti v regionu Lipno. Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy/ průzkumu, zda tento region, který spadá v České republice mezi jeden z nejvíce navštěvovaných regionů díky své široké nabídce služeb a velké škále možnosti ubytování, odpovídá požadavkům, či jeho nabídka služeb spadá i do oblasti osob se specifickými potřebami. Analýza byla prováděna dotazníkovou metodou, která byla určena právě pro uživatele těchto služeb, a to především pro osoby se specifickými potřebami, konkrétně osoby na vozíku. V teoretické části se nejprve snažíme přiblížit danou skupinu osob, a to vysvětlením a roztříděním některých pojmů v dané oblasti. Dále se také popisujeme důležité pojmy v rámci bezbariérovosti a zároveň zmiňujeme legislativu, která spadá pod toto téma. Na závěr teoretické práce se věnujeme popisu regionu Lipno. V druhé části bakalářské práce analyzujeme a vyhodnocujeme data. Pro tuto analýzu jsme použili dotazníkové šetření, které bylo určeno právě pro osoby se speciálními potřebami, konkrétně osoby na vozíku. Mezitím jsme provedli jednoduchou rešerši na vybraná ubytovací zařízení, která jsme vyhledali na internetových stránkách (Lipnobezbariér.cz). Prostřednictvím těchto získaných dat jsme dospěli k výsledném vyhodnocení přístupnosti regionu Lipna pro osoby na vozíku. Výsledná data byla dále zpracována a následně vyhodnocena a použita do závěrečné návrhové části.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis od accesssibility in the Lipno region. The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze wether this region, which belongs to one of the most visited regions in the Czech Republic thanks to its wide range of servisec and accomodation, meets the requirements and has range of services for people with specifics needs. For this analysis we used a questionnaire which was designed for users of these services – people with specifics needs, specifically people in wheelchairs. In the theoretical part we are focusing on our target group, explaining and categorizing some terms in the field. Furthermore we are trying to describe important terms related to accessibility and we mention legislation that falls under this topic. At the end of the theoretical part we are decribing the Lipno region and its surroundings. In the second part of the thesis we focused directly on data collection. For the analysis we used a questionnaire which was designed for people with specific needs – people in wheelchair. We also did search on accomodation facilities which have been selected from website – lipnobezbarier.cz. Using this data we gor the final evaluation of accessibility of the Lipno region for wheelchair users. The resulting data was further proscessed, evaluated and used in the final design part.
