Influence of Cold Therapy on Pain Affection in Vertebrogenic Disorders

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv chladové terapie u pacientů s vertebrogenním onemocněním, které je způsobeno strukturálními změnami a je doprovázeno bolestmi zad. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V teoretické části se zabývám problematikou chladové terapie, kde popisuji účinky, vliv na organismus a možnosti aplikace. Dále se věnuji vertebrogenním onemocněním, kde popisuji příčiny, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Praktická část obsahuje šest kazuistik pacientů s vertebrogenním onemocněním, u kterých byla aplikována celotělová chladová terapie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the effect of cold therapy in patients with vertebrogenic disease, that is caused by structural changes and is accompanied by back pain. The thesis is divided into three chapters. In the theoretical part I deal with the issue of cold therapy, where I describe the effects, impact on the body and techniques of application. Furthermore, I dedicate to vertebrogenic disease, where I describe the causes, diagnosis and treatment options. The practical part includes six case studies of patients with vertebrogenic disease, which was applied to whole-body cold therapy.
