Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma "Komunikace s pacientem jako součást každodenní práce sestry" je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje komunikaci obecně, verbální, neverbální komunikaci a podrobněji komunikaci v ošetřovatelství. Ve výzkumné části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který probíhal dotazníkovým šetřením. V závěru práce je uvedeno celé její hodnocení.
Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is: "Communication with the patient as the part of the daily nurse´s work" and it is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes communication in general, verbal, non-verbal communication and detailed communication in nursing.
