Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit, zda úroveň work-life balance manažera ovlivňuje jeho styl vedení. Doposud byl tento vztah zkoumán pouze z pozice stylu vedení nad-řízeného ovlivňující work-life balance podřízeného, jedná se tedy o nový úhel po-hledu na tuto problematiku. The bachelor's thesis aims to determine whether the level of work-life balance of the manager affects his leadership style. So far, this relationship has been examined only from the position of the superior's leadership style influencing the work-life balance of the subordinate, so it is a new perspective on this issue.
