Threats and Risks Analysis at Municipality Level

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou hrozeb a rizik na úrovni obce Buchlovice. Člení se na teoretickou a praktickou část. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na živelní pohromy. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům a legislativě. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou charakterizovány živelní pohromy, jako možná rizika, a dál jsou popsány metody analýzy rizik, které jsem použila. Na začátek praktické části se blíže seznámíme s obcí Buchlovice a Sborem dobrovolných hasičů Buchlovice, následuje určení rizik pro danou obec a vlastní analýza rizik zmíněnými metodami s vyhodnocením a následnými návrhy na eliminaci.

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the threats and risks at the level of the village Buchlovice. It is divided into theor-tical and practical. Bachelor thesis is focused on natural disasters. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and legislation. The individual chapters are characterized by natural disasters, such as the possible risks, and further describes the methods of risk analysis, which I used. At the beginning of the practical part is more familiar with the community Buchlovice and volunteer firefighters Buchlovice, followed by determining the risk for the community and its own risk analysis methods mentioned with the evaluation and subsequent proposals for elimination.
