Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce s názvem: Odkaz film noir v kinematografii 90. let 20. století se zabývá popisem žánru film noir, který svého vrcholu dosáhl v 50. letech 20. století. Svou charakteristickou stavbou a vizuálním stylem ovlivnil i filmy vzniklé koncem 20. a počátkem 21. století. Tato práce se zabývá analýzou klasických noirových filmů z hlediska estetiky, jejich charakteristikou a popisem základních prvků. Dalším krokem je aplikace těchto charakteristických rysů na vybrané filmy vzniklé v 90. letech 20. století a porovnání jejich využití s tvorbou klasického období filmu noir.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis named The legacy of Film Noir in Cinematography of the 90s of the 20th century deals with the description of the genre film noir, which was the most popular during the 50s of the 20th century. It’s signature composition and visual style also had an impact on some movies filmed at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st. This thesis analyses classical noir films in terms of aesthetics, their characteristics and the description of their basic elements. The next step is the application of these characteristics on chosen movies filmed in the 90s of the 20th century and comparison of their usage with the movies from the classical era of film noir.
