Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou tvorby finančného plánu vybraného podniku. Pomocou vybraných ukazovateľov finančnej analýzy hodnotí jeho finančnú situáciu v období rokov 2008 až 2012, prináša návrh plánu a jeho hodnotenie. Práca má 3 kapitoly.
