Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na oblast ochrany kritické infrastruktury podniku Správa železniční dopravní cesty, státní organizace. Práce analyzuje hrozby ohrožující činnost Centrálního dispečerského pracoviště Přerov, které zajišťuje v určeném obvodu přímý výkon činností spojených se zajištěním provozování dráhy, organizací a řízením drážní dopravy. Navrhuje postupy a možný způsob řešení krizové situace vzniklé výpadkem elektrické energie velkého rozsahu.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the protection of Critical Infrastructure within the responsibility of Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization. The thesis analyses possible threats to the basic functions of Central Traffic Control located in town Přerov. The Central Dispatching Centre holds responsibilities for management of railway traffic within the area of its responsibility. The thesis proposes procedures for management of an emergency in case of electricity failure in full extent (blackout).
