External radiothrapy of rectal - the role of radiology assistant

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci "Zevní radioterapie karcinomu rekta - úloha radiologického asistenta" popisuji problematiku maligního onemocnění rekta. Moje práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji základní anatomii, etiologii, symptomům a komplikacím nemoci, stejně tak možnostem diagnostiky a způsobům léčby. Dále se zabývám komplexní léčbou karcinomu rekta, a to jak neoadjuvantní, radikální i adjuvantní. V praktické části se zaměřuji na úlohu radiologického asistenta pomocí fotodokumentace.

Abstract:

In my baccalaureate work "External radiotherapy of rectum cancer a role of radiological asistant" I describe an issue of malignant disease of rectum. My work is divided on the theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part I describe basic anatomy, ethiology, symptoms, complications of the disease, options of diagnostic process and ofcourse the way of therapy. Next, I describe a complex therapy of rectum carcinoma, including therapy adjuvant and neoadjuvant. In practical part of my work, I focus on the role of radiological assistant with the aid of fotodocumentary.
