Práce odhaluje historii Newyorské úmluvy, její předchůdce Ženevskou úmluvu z roku 1927 a Ženevský protokol z roku 1923, její přítomnost a budoucnost. Interpretace je základem právního myšlení a výkladová pravidla jsou směrodatným faktorem při aplikaci Newyorské úmluvy. Abstract:
The work reveals the history of the New York Convention, its predecessors the 1927 Geneva Convention and the 1923 Geneva Protocol, its presence and future. The interpretation is the basis of the legal reasoning and interpretative rules are authoritative factors in the application of the New York Convention.
