Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce s názvem „Rozvoj lidských zdrojů v podniku (případová studie)“ je analýza potřeb rozvoje programového oddělení stanice Rádio JIH a navržení vhodného rozvojového programu. Potřeby rozvoje jsem identifikoval pomocí hodnocení současné úrovně měkkých dovedností, obecných dovedností, odborných dovedností a odborných znalostí u jednotlivých pracovníků, kterou jsem porovnával s požadovanou úrovní, abych určil případnou výkonnostní mezeru. Další analýzy, které jsem provedl k potvrzení předchozích výkonnostních mezer a nalezení dalších rozvojových potřeb, jsou analýza vztahů na pracovišti a analýza pracovního štěstí. Na základě výsledků jednotlivých analýz jsem stanovil výkonnostní mezery a rozvojové potřeby a navrhl programy pro jejich řešení. Zároveň jsem navrhl řešení mezer, které není možné řešit rozvojovým programem. Při navrhování rozvojového plánu jsem přihlížel k organizačním aspektům, zejména podnikové kultuře a velikosti podniku.

Abstract:

The main goal of the thesis named „Human Resources Development (case study)” is the analysis of development needs of the program department in Radio JIH company and proposing of appropriate development plan. I have identified the development needs using evaluation of current level of soft skills, general skills, expert skills and expertise of employees of the program department and compared it with needed level to determine possible gaps in the performance. The further analyses, which I have performed to confirm previously founded gaps in the performance and to find other development needs, are analysis of relationships in the workplace and analysis of happiness at work. Based on the results of the analyses I have identified gaps in the performance and development needs and proposed relevant development plans. Simultaneously I proposed ways of solving gaps in the performance which are not possible to be solved by a development plan. During the designing of the development plan I took in the account the organizational aspects, especially the corporate culture and the size of the company.
