Strategické aliance v recyklační ekonomice - průvodce k identifikaci optimálního strategického partnera

Abstract:

Recyklace se stala důležitou součástí společnosti, protože recykluje náhradní zdro-je a snižuje emise CO2. Recyklační průmysl však čelí velkým výzvám, včetně měnících se potřeb zákazníků výrobních společností. Kromě toho se zvýšily a dramaticky změnily požadavky výrobních společností na recyklaci jejich produkčního odpadu, a tedy na recyklační společnosti. Měnící se a rostoucí požadavky výrobních společností vedou k rostoucí konkurenci v recyklačním sektoru. Doposud recyklaci a likvidaci zpracovatelského průmyslu obecně prováděly dvě společnosti. Recyklaci kovového šrotu prováděla recyklační společnost a likvidaci odpadu (odpadky, fólie, papír atd.) Prováděla likvidační společnost. Posledních několik let však platí, že zpracovatelský průmysl požaduje recyklaci a likvidaci z „jediného zdroje“. Výrobní společnosti chtějí pouze jednu kontaktní osobu. V důsledku toho nyní recyklační společnosti soutěží s lik-vidačními společnostmi v již silné konkurenci v tomto odvětví. Recyklační a likvidační průmysl má v této snaze zákazníka mnoho odpovědí. Možností je ignorování požadavků zákazníků, investice do infrastruktury, know-how atd. Pro vstup do silné konkurence nebo vytvoření strategické aliance za účelem splnění požadavků zákazníka. Hlavním cílem disertační práce je identifikovat klíčová kritéria pro strategické partnerství v recyklačním sektoru a vytvořit s těmito kritérii bodovací model, aby recyklační společnosti byly schopny identifikovat optimálního strategického part-nera na základě objektivních kritérií.

Abstract:

Recycling has become more and more an important part of the society, because recycling spare resources and reduces CO2 emissions. The recycling industry, however, is faced with major challenges, including the changing customer needs of the manufacturing companies.In addition, the demands of the manufacturing companies to the recycling of their producing waste and therefore to the recycling companies have increased and changed dramatically. The changing and increasing demands of the manufacturing companies lead to growing competition in the recycling sector. So far, the recycling and disposal of the manufacturing industry has generally been carried out by two companies. The recycling of the metal scrap was carried out by a recycling company and the dis-posal of waste (garbage, foil, paper, etc.) was carried out by a disposal company. The last few years, however, the fact is that the manufacturing industry wants the recycling and disposal from "a single source". The manufacturing companies only want one contact person. As a consequence, the recycling companies are now competing with the disposal companies in the already strong competition in this sector. The recycling and disposal industry have many possibilities in this customer re-quest to reply. The possibilities are ignoring the customer requirements, investing in infrastructure, know-how, etc. to enter in strong competition or forming a stra-tegic alliance to fulfill the customer requirements. The main objective of the dissertation is to identify the key criteria for a strategic partnership in the recycling sector and forming with these criteria a scoring modell so that the recycling companies are able to identify the optimal strategic partner on the basis of objective criteria.
