V rámci práce Vliv kmene kvasinek na sekundární volatilní látky ve víně byly prostudovány dostupné literární prameny, týkající se dané problematiky, a to bez přihlédnutí k vlastnostem jednotlivých odrůd révy. The thesis infuence of yeast strains of secondary volatile compounds describes literature overview of the theme, without the view of grape variety characteristics.
