Employment and integration of foreigners in the Moravian-Silesian Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnanosti a integraci cizinců v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem práce je zjistit postoj zaměstnavatelů Moravskoslezského kraje k zaměstnávání cizinců a snahu cizinců o integraci. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů, legislativní úpravou, jak České republiky, tak Evropské unii, dále také potřebnými povoleními, kterými musejí cizinci disponovat a jejich integraci do naší společnosti. V další části se práce zaměřuje na průzkum postojů zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání cizinců. V závěru bakalářské práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření. V poslední části je popsán závěr výzkumu a navržená opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employment and integration of foreigners in the Moravian-Silesian region. The aim of the thesis is to find out the attitude of employers of the Moravian - Silesian region to the employment of foreigners and the efforts of foreigners for integration. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms, legislation, both the Czech Republic and the European Union, as well as the necessary permits that foreigners must have and their integration into our society. In the next part, the work focuses on a survey of employers' attitudes to the employment of foreigners. At the end of the bachelor thesis, a questionnaire survey is evaluated. The last part describes the conclusion of the research and the proposed measures.
