Abstract:
Úvod této práce obsahuje informace o biologii Trypanosomatidae se zaměřením na zástupce nedávno založeného rodu Novymonas. Trypanosomatid Novymonas je nejbližší příbuzný lidského patogenu Leishmania, který v sobě ukrývá bakteriální endosymbiont Candidatus Pandoraea novymonadis. Abstract:
The Introduction of this thesis contains information about biology of Trypanosomatidae with a focus on representatives of a recently established genus, Novymonas. Trypanosomatid Novymonas is the closest relative of human pathogen Leishmania, which harbors a bacterial endosymbiont Candidatus Pandoraea novymonadis.
