The rise of the Left party in Germany

Abstract:

V roce 2005 započalo v rámci německého stranického systému formování nové levicové strany, které bylo o dva roky později dovršeno vznikem politické strany Levice. V této práci podrobíme tuto politickou formaci analýze, kdy se zaměříme především na definování její pozice v rámci německého stranického systému a na zhodnocení činnosti a projevu strany z hlediska konceptu radikální levice. Mimo tyto hlavní cíle se bude práce zabývat vývojem strany Levice, jejími volebními výsledky, stranickou organizací, voličskou strukturou a volební geografií.

Abstract:

In 2005 became inside the german party system forming of the new leftist party, which was finished in next two years by creation the Left party. In this work we are going to analyze this party. We will focus on defining the position of the party in the frame of german party system and on the evaluation Left party from the view of radikal left theory. Besides these main golas we are going to analyze party development, its elections results, party organisation, voters structure and electoral geography.
