Lokální struktury DNA hrají významnou úlohu v celé řadě buněčných procesů. V poslední době jsou studovány zejména křížové struktury a G-kvadruplexy. V rámci tématu práce bude zpracována literární rešerše a tyto struktury budou studovány pomocí bioinformatických a biofyzikálních metod. Local DNA structures play significant role in many cell processes. The aim of many recent studies are especially cruciform structures and G-quadruplexes. These structures will be studied with bioinformatics and biophysical methods alongside with conducting a systematic review on the topic.
