Methods of synthesis of innovation concepts and creative solutions and their formalisation

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této práce jsou formální (nebo alespoň formalizovatelné) modely tvořivého procesu, které jsou použitelné v umělé inteligenci. Zaměřuji se na tvořivost v oblasti inovací. V mé práci se prolíná existující praktická metoda počítačové podpory kreativní práce s teoretickými koncepty tvorby. Těmi vytvářím psychologický kontext této (z části již vytvořené) metodě – v bodech, v kterých je dostatečně popsaná. Jedná se například o koncept tacit knowledge v interpretaci ontologie nebo mentální mapy v sémantickém modelování. Naopak tam, kde zmíněná metoda není dostatečně popsána, rozvíjím psychologické a lingvistické postupy formalizování tvořivého procesu, které mají potenciál být užitečné pro další vývoj této metody. Prohlubuji postupy již rámcově navržené (gramatika a interpretační schéma použité znalostní ontologie, nové intenze, konceptuální prostor) a současně navrhuji možnosti nové (modelování tvořivého procesu jako posunu mezi ontologickými stromy nebo jako narušení invariantu běžných mentálních transformací), které dávám do souvislosti s filosofickým konceptem emergence. Analýzou měřitelnosti dispozic subjektu k nalézání tvořivých inovačních konceptů a hodnocením metody syntézy kreativního řešení modifikováním Turingova testu vytvářím výše uvedené metodě psychologické zázemí. Obecnými otázkami, kterými se zabývám, je jakým způsobem tvořivé produkty měřit, jak může vypadat prostor, v kterém bude možné kreativní produkty zobrazovat a provádět s nimi různé operace (transformace) a jakým způsobem tvořivý proces formalizovat, aby jej bylo možné realizovat na platformě výpočetní techniky.

Abstract:

Main theme of this thesis are formal models (or models that are able to be formalised) of a creative process, that are useful at the field of artificial intelligence. I focus on the creativity in the field of an innovation. In my work are joint the computer aided creativity method (which has been implemented) with theoretical concepts of the creativity. These theoretical concepts make psychological context for a part of the computer aided creativity method (which is particularly implemented) in these points, in which it’s well described. It’s e.g. tacit knowledge concept in the interpretation of the ontology or mind maps in the semantic modelling. In the contrary : there are parts of this method, which aren’t well described. I develop psychological and linguistic techniques of formalising of the creative process at this field and I suppose it would be useful in the development of this method. I elaborate roughly designed methods (grammar and interpretation schema of the used ontology, novel intentions, conceptual space) and I suggest new possibilities (modelling of the creative process like an ontological shift or like a violation of an invariant of a mental transformations). I make connection between these possibilities and philosophical concept of an emergence. I also create a psychological background to the computer aided creativity method. It’s by the analysis of the quantifiability of the subject capabilities for location of the creative innovation concepts and also by the evaluation of the computer aided creativity method using the modified Turing Test. I deal with the following general questions: how to measure the creative products, how would look like a space, in which it’s possible to display creative products (and also make with them various operations such as transformation) and how it’s possible to formalise the creative process for its easier application at the computer platform.
