Preparation of Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o přípravném řízení trestním od historie až po současnost, včetně rozboru jeho důležitých dílčích částí.V práci jsou tak popsány základní funkce, historický vývoj, jednotlivá stádia a typy rozhodnutí. Podstatnou složkou přípravného řízení jsou orgány činné.
Abstract:
This thesis presents about preparation of criminal proceedings from past to the prezent day, including a discussion of the important parts. In this thesis are desribed a basic functions, historical development, the various stages and type of decisions. Important part of the preparation of criminal proceedings are enforcement authorities.
