Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotním cvičením zaměřeným na plochonoží, které je vhodné nejen pro děti předškolního věku. Teoretická východiska práce shrnují poznatky z oblasti anatomie lidského těla. Blíže se věnují svalové a kosterní soustavě dolní končetiny a podrobněji se zaobírají problematikou plochých nohou. Abstract:
This thesis deal with health exercises focusd on flat feet suitable not only for children of preschool age. The theoretical basis of this thesis summarize findings from the field of human anatomy. Closer dedicates to the musculoskeletal system of the foot and are preoccupied with the problems of flat feet in detail. They include characteristics of pre-school age.
