Analysis of the competition and setting way to surpass the competition
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurence společnosti Šroubárna Ždánice a.s. na základě metod jako je Porterova analýza pěti sil, SWOT analýza a analýzou cenové relace konkurenta. Po provedení a vyvození závěru z analýz autorka stanoví směry nebo strategie, kterými by se společnost Šroubárna Ždánice a.s. měla ubírat, aby překonala konkurenci a patřila ke špičce ve svém oboru.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the competition´s analysis of the company Šroubárna Ždánice, a. s. and worked up on the basis of the methods like Porter´s five forces analysis , SWOT analysis and analysis of the price range of the competitor.
