Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou obchodního zastoupení, které je vlivem rekodifikace nově upravováno v § 2483 až § 2520 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb. Občanský zákoník. Podstatou se od znění obchodního zákoníku, který se touto problematikou zabýval v § 652 až 672a zákona č. 513/1991 Sb., tolik neliší. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the dealership, which is due to the recodification of the newly adjusted in § 2483 to § 2520 of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. The essence from the text of the Commercial Code, which dealt with dealership in § 652 to 672a of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., is not so different.
