Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním úrovně fyzické zdatnosti u studentů oboru Zdravotnický záchranář. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na pohybovou aktivitu, její benefity a hodnocení tělesné zdatnosti. Ve výzkumné části bylo prováděno dotazníkové šetření za pomoci IPAQ dotazníku. The bachelor thesis deals with the determination of the level of physical fitness at student of Paramedic studies. In theoretical part, the thesis focuses on physical activity, its benefits and assessment of physical fitness.
