V teoretické části budou definovány klíčové pojmy související s kriminální recidivou a desistencí, a hlavní teoretické přístupy k těmto jevům. In the theoretical part, key concepts related to criminal recidivism and desistance will be defined, along with the main theoretical approaches to these phenomena.
