The Issue of Control of Accounts Receivables and its Registration in the Company ABC, s. r. o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení pohledávek a jejich evidencí ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je popsat evidenci pohledávek a zlepšit způsob jejich řízení v konkrétní společnosti. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem pohledávka, zabývá se tvorbou opravných položek k pohledávkám, jejích postoupením, odepsáním a nakonec zánikem pohledávky. Dále práce řeší řízení, zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. Praktická část popisuje problematiku pohledávek v konkrétním podniku. Převážná část praktické části je zaměřená na finanční analýzu pohledávek. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření pro efektivnější řízení pohledávek pro budoucí vývoj podniku.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis describes the issue of control of accounts receivables and its registrations in the-company. Aim of this thesis is to improve control of accountsr eceivables. In the theoretical part are: what is it receivable, how company can manage assignment of claims and write-off of re-ceivables. Further thesis deals with the issue of control claims and debt collection. The practical part is about receivables in specific company. A great part of the practical section describes fi-nancial analysis of claims. The last part suggests solution for the better management and significant reduction in outstanding debts.
