Abstract:

Práce obsahuje analýzu bankovních společností v belgickém bankovním sektoru pomocí přístupu fundamentální analýzy. Fundamentální analýza byla provedena na třech úrovních: makroekonomické, průmyslové a podnikové. V teoretické části byly popsány vlastnosti oceňování bank, vhodné poměrové ukazatele, ukazatele a modely. Byla provedena analýza hlavních makroekonomických ukazatelů ovlivňujících bankovní sektor. Dále byla provedena oborová analýza a dokončeno ocenění předních belgických bank KBC Group NV, BNP Paribas Fortis a ING Groep NV. Poznatky byly také porovnány a doplněny odborným výzkumem. Samostatná část je věnována dopadu pandemie na fungování bank.

Abstract:

The thesis contains the analysis of banking companies in the Belgian banking sector using the fundamental analysis approach. Fundamental analysis was performed at three levels: macroeconomic, industrial and company level. The theoretical part described the features of the bank valuation, suitable ratios, indicators, and models. The analysis of the main macroeconomic indicators affecting the banking sector was carried out. Further, the industry analysis was conducted and the valuation of leading Belgian banks KBC Group NV, BNP Paribas Fortis and ING Groep NV was completed. The findings were also compared and supplemented with expert research. The separate part is devoted to the impact of the pandemic on the functioning of banks.
