V této práci jsem se pokusil prozkoumat právní úpravu nájmu bytu a jeho skončení. Šel jsem po stopách právních úprav od historických počátků, přes období první republiky a období okupace. Dále pak smutným obdobím socialismu a totality až po právní úpravu dnešních dnů. In this work, I tried to explore the regulation of housing rental and its end. I went after the footsteps of legislation from the historical beginnings, through the First Republic and the occupation. Then a sad period of socialism and totalitarianism to the legislation now.
