Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi pomoci pracovníkům hospice se zvládáním jejich práce. Práce je členěna na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části představuji hospicové hnutí, historii, poskytovanou péči, pacienty a primárně pracovníky hospice. Zdůrazňuji jejich přístup k pacientům, jejich rodině a samozřejmě ke smrti. Abstract:
This Bachelor´s work focuses on the kinds of help to hospice employees to manage their work. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretic and the empirical one. In the theoretic part I introduce the Hospice Movement, his history, provided care, patients and primarily hospice employees.
