The aim of my dissertation was at the recruitment and the adaptation program of new employees at Ceska pojistovna a.s. in the North Moravia Region. I have defined the issue of human resources, its strategy and planning in the theoretical part of the dissertation, and described the recruitment process and the adaptation program of employees.
